Tactica is owned by Nā ‘Ōiwi Kāne, a Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) nonprofit based in Kailua, Hawaii who develops and delivers critical social programs for native Hawaiians. The programs established provide support and education to at-risk youth and strive to improve nutritional and agricultural sustainability in Hawaii.
