Tactica supports YPG’s DPW for GFEBS, supplying Subject Matter Experts (SME), Real Property Specialists (RPS), Inspectors, and Data clerks to assist in Real Property Inventory reporting and updating. We assist YPG in reviewing Real Property inventory data within GFEBS to confirm that existing assets accurately coexist within HQIIS and the Army’s Facility Sustainment Model (FSM). We identify discrepancies and assist in developing recommendations for discrepancy resolution. Tactica verifies category code, unit of measure and other associated information related to Real Property assets and updates associated asset records in GFEBS. We are responsible for data gathering and performing analysis to update and complete DD Form 1354s, memorandums, or other supporting documentation. Tactica collects and completes Real Property Asset Field Inspection forms and files the documentation in the appropriate Real Property asset folders.
